Privacy notice
Applii isn't open yet. Right now the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us to hear about our launch. Here's exactly what happens to it.
What we collect
Your email address, the date you signed up, and the wording of the box you ticked to agree to hear from us. Nothing else: no name, no details about your family, no tracking cookies, and no advertising pixels.
What we use it for
To send you a confirmation now and launch news later. We won't use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it.
Where it's stored
On Google Cloud servers in Toronto, Canada. Our emails are sent through our email provider, which receives your address only to deliver the message.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after we launch, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep only a note that you did, so we don't email you again.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at hello@applii.ai. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and our emails follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
When we open
Before Applii starts reviewing forms, we'll publish our full privacy policy covering documents, health information and how we protect them. If you're on the waitlist, we'll point you to it.
